Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:

1. Capture Evidence:
   Take clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective product as soon as you receive it.

   Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order complaint.
